It's F1 all over again!

There are many different kinds of jobs out there,
ranging from part time jobs to full time, events to desk bound, and the list goes on.
Which do you prefer?
A stable job with a recurring monthly income,a commission-based job or a freelance job?

There are many others who took the risk start their own business.
Some failed, some still trying to push on, some strike it big time.

Everyone have a different risk level, agree?
Are you risk seeking, risk neutral or risk averse?
At different stages of life, we take different risk levels to match our lifestyle.

Cut the long story short.
I love working for events.
Yes, it's tiring to work for long hours,
but you will get to know many friends from different industry.
I have learned so much from the different people I met along the way.

This is the second F1 event I worked for.
No, I don't get to enjoy watching the actual race,
I only get to watch the race from the little panel of frosted glass door
from the television in the suites.
I shouldn't complain too much right=P
good enough to be able to catch part of the race.

I love the little red vintage cars in the exhibition near the Wharf stage.
Can I drive one home?😆
Without License =P

The fireworks are hidden from where I am this year =[

It's always difficult to adjust back after working for events
due to the long working hours.
It feels like jet lag, except that this is work lag. =P
I hope everyone had a great weekend.
That's all! Till next time!

Gems found in Bangkok

My short getaway trip to Bangkok

View from Royal Suite Hotel

Address:135/6 Phetphraram Yaek 9 Rd,
Bangkok 1-866-599-6674

Starting the day right with my kind of breakfast.

Highly Recommanded at Lingchi Village.

Be prepared to start walking into the alley to find this place.

I like how the place is a stand alone restuarant with a European interior design.
A very comfortable feeling

Arno's Butcher and Eatery

Address: 2090/2 Soi Naradhiwas Rajanagarindra 20 |
Chong Nonsri, Yan Nawa, Bangkok 10120, Thailand

You will be brought into the raw food section to choose the meat/item.
Pretty Interesting sight right?
Not a very common sight unless you are walking through a supermarket.

Choose the dessert that tempt you the most!

Located just opposite Royal Suite Hotel
I don't remember the name of this eatery.
But it's cheap and serve tasty seafood!

This big hotplate of oyster omelette is far too much for 2 pax!

Really Really Grape?

Daily dose of Thai Milk Tea😄

The umbrella decoration at Chatuchak

Found this in Chatuchak
This is super tasty!
Salted Vegetable with various pork meat

Our little challenge of dressing each other up went well.
But the funny thing is that not many people actually dress up for dinner at Baiyoke hotel.
We went kinda overdressed.

You may also head to the bar and have a drink or two.
I bought my buffet tickets from the link below
Klook Baiyoke Hotel Crystal Grill

In order to get to 82 storey, you have to change to different lifts twice.
It also applies to your journey down.

Took a tuktuk back to the hotel

Audrey Cafe

Address: 136/3 Thonglor Soi 11 | Khlongtoei Nuea ,

Wattana, Bangkok 10110, Thailand

They have outdoor sitting areas but the weather is too hot for anyone to sit outside.
That explains why it's so empty.

The Spaghetti Tom Yam pop Shrimp pasta and
Deep fried Half Chicken wings with nut and Caramel sauce
is highly recommended!

I don't recommended anyone to order the Crispy Pork Knuckles Fresh Spring Roll
There's a overwhelming taste of fresh vegetable which covers the taste of the Pork Knuckles.

Maybe I had a very high expectation of the Thai Tea Crepe Cake,
It tasted kinda average to me.

Next location, Asiatique.

Stopped by for a Seafood dinner.
Crabmeat Omelette, Are you hungry yet?

The best Tom Yam soup I had during this trip.
Overflowing of fresh seafood in the soup.

Garlic Scallop if I didn't remember wrongly.

All the food was good, except this glass noodle dish.
This dish is tasteless.

There are many other food varieties at Asiatique,
you may want to explore before you decide on what to eat.
The prices may differs even though they have the same food and located right beside.

That's all folks!
Home Sweet Home
